Since each piece is hand-detailed by master artisans, creation timelines vary:
- Domestic Orders (India): Handcrafted outfits ship within 12-15 business days. Ready-to-wear items ship in 2-3 business days.
- International Orders: Deliveries globally take 18-22 business days depending on custom requirements and clearance.
We partner with trusted express couriers (DHL, FedEx) to ensure your heirlooms arrive in perfect, pristine condition.
We want you to love your Sivana garment. We offer exchanges or store credits for standard size purchases within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and tag intact.
Please Note: Custom-sized orders tailored to your specific measurements are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a stitching defect or incorrect specification on our end.
Due to the delicate nature of handwoven silk, *Zari* gold thread, and *Gota Patti* metal details, all our luxury ethnic wear garments should be **Dry Cleaned Only**.
